Great boat crew led two reef snorkeling trips and provided a good lunch. Also stopped between snorkeling spots when the captain found another dolphin group, this time we were the only boat there.”

“Abholservice war nicht gut. Fahrer durfte nicht in die Hotel Anlage, warum auch immer. Ich musste 2 mal bei sehr hohen Temperaturen mit Kindern zum Abholort gehen. Auf der Rückfahrt Mussten wir 30min auf unsere Auto warten, zum Ende hin ging das Auto noch kaputt zum Glück ging es nur noch bergab wo wir dann zum Eingang des Hotels gerollt sind. Sehr amateurhaft daher möchte ich nicht sehr kritisch sein. Bitte dringend um Besserung.”

“Yes we was picked up and dropped off but was some communictaion brakedown about where pickup was as we waited in reception but apparently was meant to be waiting at the main gate which we was never informed and the driver was very rude with us. The experience of parasailing was extremely brief as there was 12 of us the boat and we was only actually in the air for a approx 2 mins which was poor for the amount this trip cost.”
